Please read these terms carefully before booking a place on a masterclass. By completing your booking you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Payments & Booking
All places must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and will be returned to your original payment method in the event of a refund.
Minimum and Maximum Numbers
Each masterclass requires a minimum of 5 confirmed bookings in order to go ahead. Places are capped at 20.
If the minimum number of bookings has not been reached by 12th August 2026, the masterclass will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to all participants. I will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 24 hours before the event: You may cancel your place and receive a full refund. Please contact me directly to arrange this.
Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund will be issued. Exceptions may be made at my discretion in exceptional circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.
My right to cancel: If I need to cancel the masterclass for any reason, I will give as much notice as possible and a full refund will be issued to all participants.
On the Day
The masterclass runs from 9:30am to 2:00pm, including a 30-minute break. Please aim to arrive a few minutes before the start time so that we can begin promptly.
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. I am not able to delay the start for late arrivals, and I am unable to guarantee that missed content can be covered within the session.
What to Bring
Full details of what to bring and what to expect will be sent to you ahead of the event. You will not need your text book, but will need to bring paper and pens, or laptop/tablet, in order to take notes.
Photography
Photographs will not be taken during the masterclass without prior consent from all participants (and parents or guardians where appropriate). Where consent is given, photographs may be used for promotional purposes on my website or social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting me directly, and any photographs will be removed promptly on request.
Safeguarding
I hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate, which is kept up to date. All safeguarding measures consistent with my standard practice will be in place on the day.
Students and Parental Responsibility
Most students attending masterclasses are aged 16–18. Bookings may be made by a parent or guardian on behalf of the student. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the student is aware of the date, time, and location, and arrives ready to engage. By completing a booking, the parent or guardian confirms they have discussed the session with the student.
Confidentiality
All information shared during the masterclass is treated in strict confidence and will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
As with all my sessions, I have a professional and legal duty to act on any information that gives me reason to believe a student or another person may be at risk of harm, or that falls within the scope of the Prevent duty. In such cases I am obligated to report my concerns to the appropriate person or authority, which may include a parent or guardian.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
